Fundamentals, Fitness, and Fun
This class is great for beginners,
and useful to more advanced students in improving their technique and
conditioning of the basics.
We need five or more students
signed up for a session to start a Fundamentals Class. Please inquire with Jen
for class status.

How to Prepare for Class: Please wear clothes in which you feel freedom of movement and feel good doing so. Layers are recommended so you don't get too hot or cold. Please bring a water bottle and a hip scarf or shawl to tie around your hips. Jingle belts are also encouraged!

Continuing, Conditioning
and Choreography
This class digs deeper into the dance. We
explore improv and choreography, along with learning moves beyond the basics.
Zills (finger cymbals) will be used regularly.
